Sebastian Telfair: Former NBA Participant Loses Mom & Brother to COVID-19

Former NBA participant Sebastian Telfair, who was drafted by the Portland Path Blazers in 2004, has misplaced each his mom and his brother previously month. His older brother, Dan Turner, died of the COVID-19 coronavirus on March 28, whereas his mom, Erica Telfair, died early on Monday morning, April 27. Though her official reason behind dying has not but been confirmed, she had COVID-19 as nicely.

On March 28, Sebastian posted about his older brother’s passing on Instagram:

Telfair’s cousin, former Knicks and Nets guard Stephon Marbury, spoke to the Undefeated on March 30. Within the interview, he confirmed that Turner had died from coronavirus and Erica Telfair was in a coma and “combating for her life” on the time as a result of similar virus.
